The Aligned Spine: To Longevity And Beyond!!

by Dr Calhoun | October 22nd, 2010

A spine that is strong, yet flexible is the healthiest of spines. It is strong when the bones are aligned with each other.  Obvious signs of a weak spine are back pain problems, head, neck, shoulder and nerve pain.  Less obvious signs are stiffness, and poor posture.

These obvious and less obvious signs indicate a misaligned and unhealthy spine.  Many people incorrectly believe that loss of a flexible spine or stiffness is typical as we grow older.  If you have ever had any of these signs or symptoms, you are not alone, make an appointment today to start feeling better tomorrow.

I have successfully treated thousands of people for pain and stiffness over the 30 years that I have been a chiropractor. The healthiest, longest living and most active people are those with strong and flexible spines.

If Longevity and Beyond is important to you please call me, Dr. Lynn Calhoun, Liberty Hill Chiropractor at 512-689-9864.
